The position is located in Bagno a Ripoli (Firenze). Within the Product Development Team the candidate will follow all the activities related to the product development process for Kids collection from initial concept through to finished product. Main Responsibilities >  Work closely with Kids design team on the day to day development of the collection; >  Active participation in design fits: be proactive in proposing finishings and trims and ensuring the communication flows between the different actors; >  Collaboration with all internal teams involved in the product development process, support to the external suppliers, implementation of the related projects and management of the relationships with the external suppliers; >  Elaborate the documentation to the system by filling in the technical sheets of the finished product including technical drawings; >  Liaise with suppliers for the progress and return of developments within the scheduled dates; >  Work with all manufacturers to calculate costs for prototypes & samples >  Timing management and follow up collection progress involving suppliers


>  Degree in Fashion Management or equivalent >  Prior work experience (at least 5/6 years) in luxury and fashion field; >  Excellent knowledge of kids and RTW products / collections; >  Highly organized, demonstrates the ability to prioritize, manage and coordinate diverse activities simultaneously whilst also keeping a 360 view of the entire development process; >  Flexible to travel to the factory; >  Accuracy and attention to detail; >  Strong interpersonal and communication skills and team working; >  Excellent knowledge of the MS Office; >  Excellent knowledge of English
