Position

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the mission of the Product, Digital and CRM Manager will be threefold:

  1. Develop and implement the local operational marketing strategy to achieve growth and profit in line with company objectives and image;
  2. Define and implement a custom-made strategy for each e-retailer, while identifying new opportunities;
  3. Create and implement the direct marketing strategy, manage the loyalty plan and analyze the data base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

  • Contribute to development and implementation of the marketing plan
  • Analyze sell in and sell out information, with a specific focus on launches
  • Participate in launches' coordination and maximization of potential sales of all new product launches
  • Collect and analyze qualitative feedback from sales team
  • Manage budget follow up and forecast: Forecast budgets (turnover and unit) as well as promotional material
  • Manage reporting activity and figures analysis (sell in, sell out)
  • Contribute to market media plan definition and ensure its setting up in accordance with budget guidelines and brand image
  • Work with media agency to develop effective media plans for key lines, with follow up monitoring of their impact
  • Benchmark of the competition: Track competition on category events and identify best practices from the business
  • Provide constant information on the market evolution, trends and competitors activities
  • Define, develop and control sales promotions
  • Develop and implement operational marketing tools
  • Act as interface for Training, Sell Out and Merchandising to ensure they all support the marketing plan and merchandising guidelines

2. E-RETAIL MANAGEMENT

  • Set and monitor a dedicated e-Retail budget
  • Adapt Central guidelines to Local specificities
  • Monitor and report e-Retail performance
  • Manage the agreement process
  • Define and share online products' assortment
  • Implement the e-Retail activation packages based on the 3-pillars strategy: Product Page, e-Merchandising and e-Trade
  • Monitor Dior presence on retailers' websites
  • Ensure a regular Dior and competitors' benchmark

3. CRM management:

  • Monitoring and implementation of the Dior loyalty program
  • Execute and explain the Communication Plan to the clients
  • Client analysis, marketing actions and products
  • Supervise customer service practices
  • Make monthly reports about actions results and effectiveness

 

PROFILE

 


Profile

  • Degree in Business or Marketing
  • At least 5 years experience in a marketing position. Preferably related to luxury or cosmetics
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory. French will be a plus.
  • Proficient in Office (Excel and Power Point)
  • Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
  • Ability to cope with different projects at a time
  • Focus on results and an eye for detail
  • Ability to find new solutions and ideas
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
