  1. Support Product Manager on new product launch campaign planning & development, and assist on the executions of marketing and promotional activities in accordance with the company policy, sales targets and business objective
  2. Work close with external parties on the production of marketing collaterals and execution of events
  3. Ensure clear and efficient cross-team communication & coordination for smooth launch roll-outs
  4. Action plan and briefing preparation for both external and internal parties
  5. Responsible for result monitoring, evaluation and prepare business reports, as well as regular monitoring and update to Product Manager on product launch updates in central system
  6. Ensure effective use of promotional items based on the marketing plan
  7. Manage marketing spending to meet budget planning and keep accurate records
  8. Master product samples and library to support the team
  9. Monitoring competitor activity
  10. Provide marketing administrative support
  11. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned




  • Degree holder with Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 years related working experience
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Willing to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Strong work accuracy, numerical and analytical skills
  • Good teamwork and Communication skills
  • Self-motivated with high adaptability and can-do attitude
  • Multi-tasking
