·         Market understanding and analysis

- Consumer Understanding of Customers, satisfactions/dissatisfactions on products/services, expectations, potential consumers SOB and their needs, competitor brand users and their satisfactions/dissatisfactions

- Marketing trend in terms of product, communication, new media, promotions, etc.

- Competitive Analysis on Competitors' launches, major activities, offerings (claims, pricing, performance, etc.) and media investment and activations

- Product Management of developing launch campaigns with 360 support based on pipeline, brand Geo and maximize the impact of star collection launches through all related dimensions of strong claims adaptation, communication strategy, such as advertising, POP, merchandising, PR, etc.

·         Media and Advertising

- Work with media agency on the media brief and implementation of monthly media plan, developing lay-out and artwork with agency and meeting deadlines

- Prepare advertorial and POP materials with co-ordination with Training Dept., to maximize the effectiveness of consumer education and communication

P&L budget control

- Run budget planning, spending and control P&L under guidance

Promotional Activities

- Design promotional activities in line with brand DNA and positioning so to drive accelerated business momentum

- Work with sales team on the implementation of promotion plan

- Sales Forecast and Inventory Control on new launches sales forecast, monthly replenishment sales forecast, especially pay close attention on the top ranking SKUs and work out SKU rational proposal to management for decision

- Code 3 sample forecast, consumption plan and execution to ensure AnP phasing accuracy and maintain brand hospitality and ROI

- Collaborate with CRM manager/team to further strengthen brand performance, ensure healthy brand Geo and sustainability

- Communicate the marketing plans with all related functions so as to invite involvement and improve efficiency

- Manage and motivate agencies to achieve better quality in all aspects of ATL and BTL development


·         Bachelor degree

·         Minimum 5 years marketing experience; Department store beauty brand working experience

·         Excellent communication and writing in English

·         Open personality with positive CAN-DO attitude, proactive, hard-working and determined to drive results delivery
