In order to strengthen the Product Marketing Team for Watches business unit based in Neuchâtel we are recruiting a

 

   Product Marketing Manager - Ladies Watches

 

 

 

Main Job Objectives

 

You will be responsible for the definition of products and their corresponding launch package following business opportunities and brand strategy objectives. Drive and coordinate all product-related activities within the company, ensuring desirability of the category and collaborating with local markets. You will manage a team of 3 people.

 

Accountabilities:

Reporting to our Watch International Marketing Director, your main responsibilities will be linked to the men watches product strategy. In this context, you will define yearly and 3 year plans through deep quantitative/qualitative marketing analysis.

You will work closely with Design, Product Development and Operations to define new products and ensure final product meets project objectives along the development cycle.

You will be in charge of developing communication brief and collaborate closely with our international Image department to elaborate communication plans and tools that highlight our watchmaking competences in coherence with the objectives of the Brand.

In parallel, you will be responsible for the products lines evolution and you will ensure their commercialization and implementation in collaboration with the Trade marketing department, studying competitors and prices. You will manage the product lifecycle of your products and will analyze the results to lead correctives actions to optimize the presence in the market.

Mentors, trains and develops Ladies watches Marketing staff in coherence with the vision of the marketing departement and the company, managing team performance in line with company expectations and developing the required skills of the team members


Profile

Profile

You are graduated with a University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent education. You have at least 5 years' experience in high-end luxury watch making industry, of which at least 3 years in a Product Management position with managerial responsibilities. You have developed a good knowledge of the Project management methodologies and you have an extensive business analysis experience and skills. You master the Marketing technics and have strong presentation skills. You have a good knowledge of MS office. As a native speaker of French you are fluent in English, and Italian should be a distinct advantage.

You have the ability to think and act strategically and you demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit. Respectively, you work in an organized and structure manner and use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Results oriented, you constantly search to exceed goals successfully. You can effectively cope with change. With very good presentation and communication skills, you create a favourable and dynamical climate within your team and you are dedicated to internal people and clients. Innovative and creative, you come up with many new and unique ideas.
