a)   Competitive Analysis on

-   Competitive offerings (claims, pricing, performance, etc.)

-   Customers and their satisfactions/dissatisfactions, expectations

-  Competitive brand users and their satisfactions/dissatisfactions

c)  To understand marketing trend


  Product Management

a) Launch Activities

-  Develop localized launch plans based on international marketing plan

-   Maximize the impact of star product launches through all related dimensions of communication, such as advertising, POP, merchandising, PR, etc.

b)  Media and Advertising

-  Work with communication manager on the implementation of monthly media plan, developing lay-out and artwork with agency and meeting deadlines

-   Prepare advertorial and POP materials with co-ordination with Training Dept., to maximize the effectiveness of consumer education and communication

c)Promotional Activities

-  Design promotional plans based on marketing strategy and budgeting guidelines

-   Monitor and evaluate the promotional activities with support from Finance and Sales Dept.

d) Sales Forecast and Inventory Control

-   Work with sales on monthly sales forecast, especially pay close attention on the top 50 skus and work out sku rational proposal to management for decision.


    Communication and Team Management

a) Communicate the marketing plans with all related functions so as to invite involvement and improve efficiency

b) Manage and motivate agencies to achieve better quality in all aspects of ATL and BTL development     

c) Develop the subordinates to build an effective team
