The role of the Product Sales Manager at DFS is to drive sales success and growth through development of a customer oriented team. With inspiring leadership, coaching and support, the Manager will enable the Sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
The Product Sales Manager's role requires hands on and proactive leadership style. The Manager also needs to build relationships with internal stakeholders, oversees store operations, develops strategies to reach targets and, maintain and enhance brand relationships.
Requirements for our ideal candidate:
- Previous retail sales management experience
- Results orientated
- Experience in client relationships building
- Ability in team management, coaching, customer development and driving sales results
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
