In order to strengthen our Perfume Production Planning team based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a
Production Planner Perfume
Reporting directly to our Production & Subcontracting Manager you are responsible for analyzing the long-term production plan feasibility scenarios received from the Demand & Supply Planning department and implementing it accordingly to our internal capacity and external supplier's workload.
In this role, you are responsible to elaborate, validate and implement the monthly production plan on Perfume lines.
On a weekly base analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data performing mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and priorities for our existing Masculine perfumes launches. In parallel, you deal with sub-contractor on the daily evolution of our finished product delivery plan.
You ensure the launch of production order by following up the MRP procedure of finished products.
In collaboration with our Development team for Master Data Maintenance, you prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools and equipment.
In order to follow components availability, you participate in the quarterly and year-end physical inventory and analyze discrepancies between the sub-contractor and our SAP system in order to readjust the stock. You coordinate with the purchasing team and reschedule production plan if necessary.
Finally, you are involved in different projects aiming to ensure the continuous improvement of the production planning processes and to calculate and update our cost of goods.
You have a university degree in Supply Chain, Commerce or equivalent education. You have at least 2 years' experience as Planner or Purchaser in a Supply Chain position preferably in a multinational company.
Your knowledge of planning techniques, quantitative data analysis and simulation analysis will help you in this position. An experience Project Management is an asset.
Fluent in Italian and in French you have good knowledge in English. You have also excellent command of Excel and SAP (PP & MM modules), Access an advantage.
You have an analytical mindset with a strong commitment. Proactive, agile and flexible, you deal comfortably with complexity. Action and result oriented, you have strong organizational and priority setting skills.
