Position

The Program Development and Execution Manager, Off Premise ensures the on-time delivery of best in class channel brand selling propositions and "go to market" tools that support the region commercial planning & execution that will optimize & accelerate the growth of the MH Portfolio.

This is a commercially facing role that develops channels selling propositions for the regions and distributors that consumer, customer, shopper & category insights to build commercial relevant brand & multibrand programs that deliver business objectives. The role works closely with the Program Development & Execution Managers across all brands to develop channel specific solutions.

Channel Strategy Development
>  Provide Trade Marketing insights and expertise specific to the assigned channel when briefing agency & purchasing teams
>  Provide commercial insights in the development of the company commercial calendar

Channel Planning
>  Develop programming calendar by channel
>  Lead the development of quarterly programming decks by channel

Channel Selling Solutions & Tools
>  Partner with the brand focused Program Development & Execution Managers to strategically develop relevant, impactful programs and tools specific to the assigned channel
>  Develop quarterly GSM / Distributor Sell presentations for regions
>  Develop channel specific concept pitch deck - EVERYDAY Fundamental Tool Kit (by brand)
>  Prepare quarterly programming & distributor sell in deck
>  Develop Digital Solutions & Selling Propositions that Support the "new now"

 

Multi-Brand Initiatives
>  Partner across the Program Development & Execution team to develop commercially relevant multiband programs

Channel Management & Execution
>  Work with Commercial team to develop MHP Missions
>  Measure effectiveness of programming and apply insight into future initiatives

Communication
>  Lead the Channel Conversation during the trade marketing weekly conference call
>  Conduct quarterly reviews with region marketing & distributors on effectiveness of programming & TM execution.

Budgets

>  Manage A&P budgets for channel tools
