Louis Vuitton is seeking a Store Supply Manager for non-Sellable product that will manage the outbound flow of supply throughout Louis Vuitton Americas, secure inventory in the Distribution Centers and contribute to transversal initiatives in the Supply Chain teams. This role will be responsible for sharing monthly forecasts of consumption by SKU, manage weekly orders from suppliers, and ensure good availability for stores. In addition, the Store Supply Manager will support the start of sourcing local packaging, test new processes for in-store consumption and define strategy of Max target on packaging SKUs. This role will also monitor actual consumption and follow-up with distribution planners and store teams when required, and setup the appropriate information tools to ensure stores are aware of current processes and stock availability.
Additionally, this role will collaborate with Central IS and Supply Chain Departments to develop a new system of packing stock management for stores in North America. The Store Supply Manager will also share stock situation with the Retail Development team, pass orders to suppliers and optimize the service to stores and minimize the risk of obsolescence. This role will also support the visual merchandising team by managing props inventory for stores. The Store Supply Manager will also manage the stock of uniforms and provide updates to the Retail Development team and needs of re-order.
We are eager to speak to individuals that have at least three years of experience in consumer goods procurement and/or supply chain and a Master's degree. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, analytical and information skills, with demonstrated abilities in data science. Expertise working with large data sets and artificial intelligence to detect trends and influence strategy highly preferred. In addition, a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset is a plus.
