As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.
As a Greeter, you will initiate the process on building a genuine relationship with the Client by determining the Client's needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and Universes. The greeter is a client's first point of contact within the store and sets the tone for the client's experience while they are with us. The ideal Greeter will manifest the Louis Vuitton Promise to build a genuine relationship, cherish the Client's time spent at the Maison, and follow the following guidelines:
- Greet each Client with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Partner with Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team at large to create a seamless client experience.
- Maintain daily calendar of client appointments and on-going events in-store.
