Online & Offline Media Relationship(80%)
-Monitor the market trends and build up a mechanism to stay abreast of trends, emerging media tools and competitors' activities.
-Proactively communicate with Central team, take lead in China Public Relations strategy and planning setting.
-Build up a strong and solid relationship with key media players and influencers (editors, digital platforms, and etc) and manage partner service agencies.
-Ensure PR goals achievement and provide the relevant reports on a regular basis including key metrics, KPIs, ROI, etc.
-Work closely with China Marketing & Communication Head, China digital team and Central team, to establish a relevant media presence (printing and ePR), coordinates the execution plan, build brand awareness while protect the brand images through all online and offline platforms.
-Work closely with China Marketing & Communication Head, to establish a relevant celebrity strategy and planning, coordinate the execution plan, build brand awareness while protect the brand images through all online and offline platforms.
-Lead the planning and execution of media event, press conference, and etc.
Public Relations Development(20%)
-Work closely with China Marketing & Communication head, further develop solid relationship with key relevant partners, i.e, artists and organizations, international fair organizations.
> Bachelor degree holder with minimum 6 years relevant working experiences in PR function, higher end fashion or cosmetics brands background preferred
> In depth market understanding offering insights and recommendations to drive business decisions across functions and regions.
> Possess a personal network within the Chinese media, influencers, celebrities and industrial opinion leaders.
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; with hands on approach and an ability to influence and inspire others, proper cultural sensitivity.
> Sensitivity to fashion/trend and close to lifestyle
> Excellent English, both in oral and written; Italian is a plus
