The person giving support the Omnichannel team will assist the line manager and will be in contact with other LOEWE teams and the development agency.
- User testing on all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet) and browsers (Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge).
- Bug reporting & follow up.
- Position interaction: line manager and development agency.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have some experience on QA or web testing.
- Be comfortable with technology. CMS, online tools, applications, and Photoshop would be appreciated.
- Need to be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Be detail oriented and organized.
