Louis Vuitton is seeking Quality Assurance Analysts for their Service Center in Irving, Texas who possess excellent verbal and written skills, heightened listening and analytical skills, and strong time management skills.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible to monitor inbound calls to ensure that Client Advisors are providing world-class customer service to our clients. It is imperative to verify call quality by measuring product knowledge, sales and service ability, greeting, diction, listening, etiquette, objection handling, efficiency, and a courteous close of call in order to provide feedback to the Client Advisor and to Team Managers and Leaders as requested.
This role is best suited for individuals who work autonomously, are detail-oriented, and who are able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. You will identify and development opportunities for learning and knowledge, make recommendations, and provide solutions to address performance gaps.
