Position

Job scope: Louis Vuitton is looking for a passionate and talented Quality Manager in Singapore, he/she will be responsible to give clear guidelines to store for product quality issues; provide training and support to retail team to enhance the client experience by communicating proactively and positively on the quality of our products; cooperate with central quality team to resolve defects and improve the quality of our products. Main Responsibilities: - Answer quality report from stores within 7 days, covering all categories (LG, ACC, Shoes, RTW, W&J) - Provide clear explanation with understandable technical information whenever needed in quality report, trainings, store / market visits or any kinds of supports for building up store / market quality knowledge and client expectations - Monitor quality returns (Defective or Free of Charge repairs) through data and physical products inspection; identify any trend in quality issue and generate action plan - Ensure quality standard are consistent in the zone by checking quality returns in Singapore warehouse - Collaborate with Care Service team to detect quality issue and to continuously improve product quality and repair quality - Generate and monitor zone KPI, provide analysis for any follow-up or propose improvement plan with central quality team if applicable - Through training and positive communications, develop awareness in retail team to elevate client experience when quality issue happens - Cooperate with various teams (central quality, care service team, merchandiser, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, etc) to ensure a smooth operation flow whenever a quality alert arises - Ensure reliability and accuracy of information in Store Quality database by regularly monitoring and coordinating with stores - Perform ad hoc projects assigned

Profile

- University degree - 3+ years in front office in retail environment, Louis Vuitton store experience is a key advantage - Prefer quality/after sales experience - Attention to details - Ability to work independently and lead projects - Client centric and commercial mindset - Comfortable dealing with ambiguity - Excellent interpersonal skill and problem solving - Logical thinking and solid decision making - Ability to meet deadlines - Ability to work in culturally diversified environment - Direct, open-minded, positive, courteous, curious, energetic and passionate - Team work spirit - Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, French is a plus - Computer literacy: Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
