We are looking for a Raw Materials Procurement Specialist to join our Industrial team located in Madrid (Getafe).
Mission: Production planning of raw material. Tracking of deliveries to assure the launchings on time. Review capacities to adapt the allocation in suppliers.
Key Functions:
- Demand plan of raw material, coordination of the delivery plans with suppliers, managing priorities, allocations.
- To be coordinated with development team concerning validations of new articles, capacities, prebuys, raw materials reserve in case semifinish or long lead time articles.
- Work in group with quality control team to coordinate the quality controls, forecast and priorities.
- To be coordinated with logistic team for receptions, route status, speed up urgencies, and coordinating transports between supplier and control tower..
- Elaborate and Sharing monthly KPI of top suppliers including lead time, service rate and other figures with the objective to implement action plans to improve
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineer or similar.
- Fluent in English and Spanish are a must
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel
- Knowlegde of an ERP system (SAP or JD Edwards)
