This position will be based in the dynamic and challenging environment of our Client Service Center in Dallas. As a team member of Client Services (CSC) at Louis Vuitton Americas, the Real Time Analyst contributes to ensure the reliability and profitability of the Client Services Center operations. Real-Time Analysts are responsible for conducting real-time monitoring of service levels and incoming workloads to influence and positively impact performance metrics.
You will help drive the business by giving management visibility on top and bottom lines through financial planning and analysis. Real-Time analysis will be point of reference for budgets, monthly sales and other KPIs. You will provide management with feedback through proactive monitoring of CSC performance issues, prepare scheduling of staff, build forecasts, oversee absenteeism, and other key analytical factors. This position is also a challenging one as you will work to improve category operations, defining and implementing action plans to support the Team Manager of the category.
