Job Summary:

The Reassortment Planner monitors sales business performance to promptly identify best sellers products. He/ she supports the WW Forecasting & Allocation Manager in evaluating reassortments needs, replenishment orders and assures alignment with key stakeholders for production relaunches. He/she is responsible for forecasting and allocation KPIs, business tracking reports, updates and ad hoc analysis.

Main responsibilities

  • Monitors sales and sell- through performance to promptly identify best sellers products
  • Analyses sales trend, stock, expected supply and calculates inventory coverage based on sales forecast
  • Evaluates reassortment need and cooperates with Regions, Retail Merchandising and Product team to align on sales opportunity based on products and market strategy
  • Evaluates intra-region stock transfer possibility for inventory optimization
  • Works closely with Supply Chain team to check production feasibility and timing, understands capacity constraints and agree on priority
  • Places replenishment and raw material procurement orders to production
  • Keeps track of replenishment orders vs budget and provides risk and opportunity evaluation to support over budgeting decision.
  • Monitors raw material investment consumption
  • Updates KPIs dashboard and business tracking reports to be shared withthe Management Team and key stakeholders


Skills & Abilities required

  • MSc' in Engineering, Business Administration and/or Statistics
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Planning & Allocations (or equivalent roles)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with large amount of data
  • Ability to process information in a meaningful and concise manner
  • Flexibility, open mindset and wiling to learn
  • Strong team player
  • Proactivity
  • Excellent user of MS Office suite
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
