To provide quality reception services and office administrative support to all staff in Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific to ensure smooth running of the office

  • Responsible for receiving, assisting and directing visitors and handling incoming telephone calls, mails and packages
  • Process mails and packages pick-up
  • Arrange and schedule the booking of conference room and meeting rooms in MHAP Office
  • Schedule and co-ordinate travel and lodging arrangements for the whole Regional Human Resources Department
  • Distribute the announcements issued by Regional Human Resources Department
  • Order and monitor the inventory of stationary 
  • Arrange courier delivery service and office cleaning with external vendors
  • Co-ordinate office maintenance work with both maintenance service providers and Swire Properties
  • Provide administrative and logistics support to staff welfare programme and office activities  



  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in MNC with knowledge in general office administration functions 
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Polite and pleasant 
  • Independent, proactive and detail minded  
  • Flexbile and willing to take on challenges 
  • Location: Hong Kong (Quarry Bay)
  • 2 year renewable contract
