We are currently seeking a proactive and self-motivated Recruitment Assistant to join the HR team at Head Office on a 1 year fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will focus on sourcing and scouting talent for Dior UK store network, building strong candidate pipelines and pools to ensure the open vacancies are filled in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Building a sourcing strategy using LVMH & Christian Dior Careers website, Linked In, Job boards, Employment agencies, Assessment centres, Universities and Business schools
  • Advertising the open vacancies on LVMH & Christian Dior career website and on appropriate job boards
  • Screening applications in a timely manner
  • Conducting first telephone interviews
  • Presenting a shortlist of candidates for the face-to-face interview stage with the HR recruitment team
  • Corresponding with the applicants in a professional and timely manner to ensure exceptional candidates' experience
  • Organising interviews with the HR recruitment team sending confirmation emails and calendar invites
  • Supporting with job offers, preparation of contracts and administrative documents
  • Storing CVs and personal data in line with the GDPR policy

Profile

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a resourcer/recruiter in retail either in-house or within agency
  • Strong knowledge of  luxury fashion retail 
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines
  • Excellent communicator
  • Demonstration of own initiative
  • Appreciation for the luxury goods market
