RECRUITMENT - Supporting the Head Office Recruitment for Interns and other ad hoc roles

TRAINING - Ensuring the right training programmes are communicated effectively and intake is successful.



  • Collate and distribute the weekly HR team itinerary 
  • Support in the recruitment process for all Head Office Internships including screening cvs and interviews where applicable
  • Post positions on TalentLink
  • Create a proactive plan to ensure that recruitment for interns is on time and successful
  • Maintain the recruitment tracker and vacancy list for Head Office
  • Network with Interns, ensuring that regular feedback is received 
  • Candidate care - ensure that we keep in contact with our interns who we feel could have a role with us after graduation.
  • Work with Recruitment and Development Advisor to ensure that Internship Breakfasts are communicated and executed within the required time frames
  • Work with the Recruitment & Development team to ensure that all new starter Inductions are arranged
  • Meet all new starters for LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics on their first day with us to Induct them into the business
  • Prepare reference requests 
  • Ensure that all Head Office employee Files are kept up to date with required employee details 
  • Ad hoc requests

  • At least 12 months' experience in a similar role

  • Understanding of the Retail Industry and, ideally, the Cosmetic Market

  • A desire to contribute to the success of the business and each Brand
