Position
PURPOSE
Support the Recruitment & Development Team across Head Office and Retail recruitment related tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
RECRUITMENT
- Support the Recruitment and Development Advisor on the recruitment of all Intern positions across LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics including; screening, shortlisting, telephone interviewing and interviewing candidates as and when required,
- Play a key part in recruitment briefing meetings, asking relevant questions and gathering information,
- Determine recruitment timelines for all live vacancies and manage stakeholder expectations accordingly,
- Provide weekly updates to the team and stakeholders on the progress of each vacancy,
- Review job descriptions and post all live vacancies on Talentlink (Advertising platform)
- Arrange interviews and support with the coordination of assessment centres for Head Office and Retail roles,
- Provide all candidates with a luxury candidate experience, ensuring the process is enjoyable and they receive feedback in a timely manner,
- Manage the candidate offer process,
- Coordinate University Events for Perfumes and Cosmetics.
ADMINISTRATION
- Prepare Offer letters and Contracts for all intern hires,
- Process new starter paperwork,
- Ensure all relevant Intern related trackers are up to date and hold accurate data,
- Support on ad-hoc report requests,
- Support with the internal weekly newsletter ensuring content is engaging and relevant for our teams,
- Administrating excel testing for any applicable candidates.
OTHER
- Support the Recruitment & Development team on any project related work when required,
- Champion networking events for internal Interns (via Zoom if required),
- Utilise LinkedIn to promote vacancies and employer branding initiatives for LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics UK,
- Support with creating the internal weekly newsletter - sharing content suggestions and ideas as part of the weekly team meeting,
- Support with producing and posting content for our internal Instagram Page - taking ownership of this,
- Arranging temps for the business when required,
- Manage the internal stock cupboard ensuring it is replenished when necessary,
Profile
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Educated to Bachelors' Degree level
- Some office-based experience
- Sound understanding of the luxury industry and passionate about Perfumes & Cosmetics
- Motivated by a career in HR
- Highly organised
- Proactive with strong initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to prioritize and cope well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
