Position

MAIN STATEMENT

Provide full HR support to the Moet Hennessy USA and Belvedere organizations with a focus on the proactive and timely research, recruitment, interviewing and selection of high potential candidates in accordance with company and legal guidelines.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

>  Develop strategies to continuously source and network with passive and active candidates; Work closely with hiring managers to proactively drive the recruitment process by attracting and recruiting top candidates for open positions in a timely and cost effective manner
>  Work closely with Strategic Group on the expansion of the MH Resourcing program, building a strong industry network to identify, attract and recruit key talent
>  Leverage and drive Company staffing resources (targeted agency network, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job posting sites...) to attract and select high potential candidates while building our applicant pool
>  Manage and maintain all job requisitions & postings ensuring that positions are posted where necessary and taken down in a timely manner (MH Central, Voices, Disability & State sites)
>  Conduct exit interviews and share feedback with supervisor in a timely manner - manage and maintain the exit feedback report in order to identify needs and trends within divisions/depts
>  Provide guidance and counsel to hiring managers on Job Description revisions and creation
>  Responsible for processing all background checks, candidate offers (including tracking of Offer Letters to ensure accurate and complete information), and kicking off the New-Hire paperwork & On-boarding process
>  Update and maintain weekly, quarterly, and annual Staffing Reports and analyses, Global MH and LVMH reports, Temporary Resource reporting and any ad hoc reports required to meet business needs
>  Manage Affirmative Action reporting requirements and build recruitment strategies to align with plan.
>  Manage mobility and networking opportunities with Strategic Group to build pipeline talent for future opportunities with MHUSA
>  Responsible for all temp & interim recruitment and agency relationships; Proactively anticipate upcoming business needs/challenges
>  Source, attract and recruit top candidates for summer MBA program
>  Network with industry competitors to build relationships, pipeline talent, acquire referrals and to learn about their internal structure
>  Maintain updated knowledge of Human Resources recruiting practices and technologies - assist in assessing the viability of these applications for MHUSA in achieving efficiencies and/or expense reduction
>  Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management
>  Act as an efficient resource for general Human Resource questions/issues


Profile

Education: Undergraduate Degree

Languages: English

Professional experience & know how: 10+ years of Sourcing and Recruitment experience. Strong business/commercial orientation. Strong communication skills.

>  Superior written and verbal skills and excellent negotiation skills required
>  Corporate and/or search-firm progressive recruitment experience including sourcing, networking and lifecycle recruiting
>  Proficient in Microsoft Office
