The Recruitment VIE provides HR support to the Moët Hennessy USA and Belvedere organizations with a focus on the proactive and timely research, recruitment, interviewing and selection of candidates. The VIE works closely with the HR Manager, Recruitment and the HR Director, Recruitment & Development.


>  Work closely with hiring managers to proactively drive the recruitment process by attracting and recruiting top candidates for open positions in a timely and cost effective manner
>  Leverage Company staffing resources to attract and select high potential candidates while building an applicant pool
>  Manage job requisitions & postings ensuring that positions are posted where necessary and taken down in a timely manner
>  Support with processing background checks & candidate offers
>  Update Staffing Reports and other internal reports
>  Maintain updated knowledge of Human Resources recruiting practices and technologies


>  Master degree, preferred HR major
>  Bilingual English
>  Past internship and/or work experience in Sourcing & Recruitment
>  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
>  Strong business/commercial orientation
>  Highly organized individual who is able to work with limited direction; must be able to set and adjust priorities independently
>  Strong customer focus, sense of urgency and confidentiality
>  High level of attention to detail and accuracy, Solid analytical and interpersonal skills required; must be able to adapt to various work styles and liaise with all levels of employees
>  Organized and efficient with time management
>  Proficient in MS Office
