Position
- Provide in-depth key commentary / analysis on the variation vs LY / Budget / forecast for sales by boutique and by category for management decision making
- Prepare rolling sales forecast by market and by category with sound logic
- Identify opportunity / risk based on the retail KPI
- Prepare OTB (open to buy) based on the approved budget / forecast by coordinating with regional Merchandising team and Paris supply chain department
- Plan store network evolution, coordinate and handle meetings with regional store planning team and Paris HQ
- Prepare / review the SOP (store investment project) including the followings:
- Perform financial evaluation to support retail operation team at the initial stage of negotiation
- Coordinate with Paris to validate the SOP according to SOP procedures
- Monitor the project costs / development / network evolution according to SOP and highlight to management accordingly
- Coordinate with markets for payment of project costs
- Perform post evaluation to assess the store performance
- Support the budget / forecasting process for sales and gross margin analysis
- Interface with markets, HQ (Paris), regional team for various project related to SOP, OTB, POS information systems and network related projects
- Conduct competitor survey in the local market, provide economic and business update on a regular basis
Profile
Education & Professional Qualifications
- Finance / Accounting qualifications or MBA holders
Work Experience
- Minimum 8 years of work experiences in multinational companies
- Relevant experience in Retail / FMCG industry will be added advantage
