Position

Parfums Christian Dior Asia Pacific is looking for high potential E Business Director. The position is based in Hong Kong, reporting to the Regional Business Head and closely working with E Commerce and E Retail teams in HQ in Paris.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive and champion the E-business strategy of Parfums Christian Dior in ASPAC 
  • Ensure consistent brand image of Parfums Christian Dior across all e-business channels
  • Deliver budget and sales targets across all e-business channels
  • Lead and develop local e-business team in ASPAC
  • Work with Central E-Commerce team on Dior.com implementation and make sure the platform is fit for ASPAC needs
  • To lead and direct online sales (Dior official e-commerce) to achieve highest standard of execution behind the principal brand image & strategies, and create synergy between online and offline sales 
  • Work with central E-retail teams on defining E-retail Strategy and implement in ASPAC with local E-business managers
  • To review E-retail working process and to support co-negotiate visibility and build trade plans to drive sales with local E-retail teams
  • To continuously seek and develop business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Coach and develop the e-business team in local market and share the learning cross countries
  • Proactively support the development of communication and traffic-driving activities to continue increasing online customers. (e-CRM)
  • Collect online market information and sales trends

Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • More than 10 years' experience in E-commerce (managed E-business for a brand or in an agency that managed it long-term for a brand)
  • Strong communication skills in English with various parties
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in E-Business user experience and user interface
  • Experience across multiple Digital channels including search, social, email, display, video etc.
  • Experience working with IT teams in digital platforms plus
  • Sensitivity toward details
  • Agility and flexibility in complex situation
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly collaborative personality
