Louis Vuitton has a unique opportunity for a Regional Events Manager based in our Northeast Regional Office in New York City.  You will focus on the planning and execution of exceptional in-store and regional events, working closely with our store teams to drive client relations strategies and objectives for the Region. 

We specifically seek a creative and proactive individual with depth of experience in strategic event planning and a keen understanding of luxury clientele. Using a hands on approach, you will assist with on-site execution, coordination, and support for store teams and external vendors during events while maintaining open communication during each project with internal partners.  You will also use your creativity to help brainstorm, strategize, and propose event concepts, activations, and plans based on the needs of the business. 


To be successful in this role you must have prior success planning and executing both large and smaller scale events with significant ROI (return on investment), ideally within a client-centric, luxury environment. 

This role will also require strong partnership with regional and corporate Client Relations, and therefore will require the ability to manage private client relations initiatives. Additionally, there will be an expectation to attend and network at events in a retail environment and to maintain an awareness of competitor events and key influences.   

As this position is supporting multiple businesses, high level organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting short deadlines is critical. Experience managing event budgets, vendor negotiation and success working with cross-functional teams to achieve deliverable in addition to experience in a luxury retail environment is highly preferred.
