a) The essential job duties:

  • Oversee animate and monitor all day to day sales of Fine Jewelry & Timepieces by developing action plans with the sales team, following up on the implementation of the action plans, achievement of the sales target.
  • Regular and close communication with the team to identify business opportunities and coordinate with relevant departments to bring them the support needed.
  • Communicate with the team on CDM, Marketing, PR, VM actions, and ensure that the operations related to FJ & TP is well implemented.
  • Close work with Training to ensure that the tools and training organize could support the growth and development of the team.
  • Close work with Merchandising to share feedbacks on products needs and ensure that all sales opportunities are optimized.
  • Analyze & monitor boutique, staff sales performance and propose adequate actions to keep the business at all-time high.
  • Track sales and KPI for all stores, communicating pertinent information and constructive action to GM/Retail managers and store managers.


b) Routine Reports:

  • Asia Weekly Reports (Sales, Key Actions, Competitors, Market etc.)
  • Staff Productivity Report
  • Sales Target Achievement Report (YTD vs. YTG vs. Budget)


c) Projects and Others

  • Contribute to all key projects, events and activities related to FJ & TP.


► Education & Professional Qualifications

  • University graduate or above in Luxury Industry or other related disciplines

► Work Experience 

  • Previous merchandising experience in retail operation or retail management of luxury goods and service related industry preferred

► Skills

  • Computer literacy
  • Strong in Microsoft excel and access usage
  • Language skills: English, Cantonese & Mandarin, other language ability is an added advantage
