  • Manage the outsourced IT operations and services. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at the regional level to corporate MIS following agreed upon procedures and guidelines. Monitor the issues and provide feedback to the originators
  • Ensure the success of the regional projects, especially in opening new stores and streamlining the Retail and Wholesale operations
  • Prepare and maintain regional objectives and budgets
  • Prioritize, Implement and Support IT initiatives within the region
  • Ensure that corporate, regional, and subsidiary IT objectives are aligned
  • Support the implementation of IT infrastructure & business applications
  • Insure that technical infrastructure is adequate to meet business objectives
  • Work directly with Corporate MIS team to clearly define the business need and assist in develop and deliver new services that will meet the local needs
  • Document localization specifications and action where required: maintain knowledge of local requirements and feedback to the corporate where appropriate
  • Manage the information and data integrity of the region and its business units
  • Ensure the security of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment
  • Develop, review, and certify all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans
  • Evaluate overall operations of computing and information technology functions and recommend enhancements


  • Degree holder in Computer Science, computer Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of proven technical and management experience in a similar role
  • Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Attention to details with good analytical skills and is numerically sensitive
  • Ability to perform in both IT Governance & Project Management
  • Knowledge of hardware, networking, and computer support services
  • Knowledge of POS applications (Retail Pro) and ERP implementation
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Teamwork and problem solving attitudes
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint
