Responsible for the successful implementation of Givenchy make-up projects
Responsible for securing internal and external support for projects
Effective set up of the temporary teams involved in pop up projects, including training and coaching through leading by example
Effectively track performance of pop ups and in store events
Ensure maximum stock availability by continuously liaising with internal and external teams
Plan and execute the efficient project closure on completion                                                                                       Be an ambassador for Givenchy by raising the profile of make up and driving continuous improvement in sales and market share across our stores

Ownership of Events:
Take ownership for the implementation and execution of agreed in store events, ensuring their smooth running, effective promotion of the brand and commercial success                                                                                                    Analyse competitor event activity, identify opportunities for future events and feedback involving full team
Successful delivery of events on brand, on time and within budget
Provide inspiration and guidance to in store teams resulting in sales growth and loyalty through on counter animations

Sales Performance:
Take ownership for driving personal sales performance and achieving individual and counter sales targets
Responsible for tracking and reporting back results and instore feedback to Retail Manager each week
Proactively drive sales with store teams, promoting current brand make up strategies, trends and focus areas.
Deliver make-up sales growth in line with brand expectations

Training and Coaching:
Take responsibility for mentoring Beauty Consultants and develop their knowledge by running on counter workshops, and working closely with the Area Managers
Support the training team during Integration and Journey trainings and deliver in store follow up and feedback
Inspire and coach the store counter teams through regular retail visits, taking direction and focus from the Area Managers to increase and develop the team's knowledge, skill level and passion

Retail/Other Support:
Effectively link up with Area Managers providing recommendations following store visits
Proactively use time spent in store, creating animation on the counter and leading by example in sales and client relationships
Work with marketing team to develop sales tools for counter use, and provide feedback on future requirements
Work with PR to help drive brand awareness



Ideally based around the north east Midlands area
3+ years' experience in Make-up artistry ideally within Beauty/ Fashion environment
3+ years' experience in UK market in luxury goods, cosmetics or retail ideal                                                                   Expertise in make-up and in depth knowledge of skin care and fragrance
Sound understanding of and appreciation for the luxury goods industry
Competent in usage of MS Office applications, IBM Lotus Notes & technology
Able to regularly travel throughout the UK & Ireland, spending up to a week at a time away
Professional image reflecting Givenchy and host store expectations
Flexible approach to working hours 5 out of 7 days a week in line with store trading hours
Immaculate personal presentation, wearing Givenchy Make Up Artist uniform at all times other than specific business exceptions when smart black clothing must be worn
