Position

Role & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director of Asia Pacific, this Regional Marketing Manager will elevate strategic marketing support and branding guidance to both Maisons and Markets. As the regional marketing lead for Champagnes and Wines in the Asia Pacific region, this role will champion the development and implementation of strategic marketing activities for growing respective brands across the Asia Pacific region.

>  Derive and drive regional marketing strategies to achieve the global brand objectives and increase long-term market share and business growth in the Asia Pacific region
>  Collaborate closely with Maisons and Markets to ensure global marketing directions answer the evolving market needs and consumer behavior in the Asia Pacific region
>  Optimize communication and relations with Maisons and cascade marketing directions and brand messages effectively to Markets in order to ensure each market has the consistent alignments between global brand directions and regional/ local marketing strategies
>  Develop annual marketing budgets, brand plans and 3 year plan to ensure that each brand is supported within agreed financial parameters
>  Utilize data analytics and market research to facilitate the decision marketing process of strategic and tactical marketing decisions
>  Develop and implement effective product training programs for both sales and marketing teams in the region
>  Manage all external marketing, media and communication agencies and ensure they deliver the highest quality results in line with global brand guidelines and communication objectives at the most cost efficient manner


Profile

Key Selection Criteria:


>  A Bachelor or Master Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines with a minimum of 10 years' experience in brand management, end-to-end marketing or communication gained from international fast-moving consumer goods, lifestyle or luxury brands
>  Strong passion and understanding of Champagnes and Wines will be highly desirable
>  Excellent knowledge about the consumer market landscape and consumer behavior in the Asian Pacific market will be beneficial
>  High level of digital fluency including social media, data analytics and eCommerce will be critical
>  Capabilities of strategic thinking, driving innovations and influencing multiple stakeholders in both maisons and markets
>  Highly empathetic and adaptable to different cultures
>  Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English. Bilingual ability in Chinese or other Asian languages will be highly desirable
