Louis Vuitton is seeking a high caliber, commercially minded Regional Merchandising Manager/Director with a proven track record driving the vision and strategy for Merchandising initiatives across a large scale, fast-paced business. As a key business partner reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, you will devise and execute the Merchandising strategy for the West Coast Region, identify opportunities to maximize sales and achieve financial targets in addition to leading key projects and business priorities while also contributing to the overall Louis Vuitton Americas Merchandising strategy.

The Regional Merchandising Manager/Director is responsible for driving in-store animation for all product categories within the West Coast Region and providing Louis Vuitton stores with information and strategic direction to help each team reach their maximum sales potential. This role will support, motivate and challenge our sales teams. This is accomplished through a close partnership between regional, store and corporate teams, implementation of impactful store actions, and training and support throughout the year.
Key responsibilities will be focused on driving business through deep analysis and action planning, animating and training in-store; supporting corporate merchandising to ensure product offerings best support sales and providing market knowledge for corporate partners.
Additionally, the Regional Merchandising Manager/Director will aggregate and elevate Supply Chain opportunities regarding stock levels, pull backs, event support and high traffic/peak selling periods. Action on key corporate call-outs for the Region, provide market expertise and competitive feedback to Louis Vuitton Americas Merchandising team and will also provide physical in-store support during peak times throughout the year.
We specifically seek an entrepreneurial leader with multi-category buying experience, strong business acumen, a proven track record analyzing product and financial reports to drive business results and expert knowledge of Excel and Power Point. Retail experience required. BA or BS is required, MBA is preferred.
