Position

Responsible for the efficient and timely management of the SAP function for the West Coast and Hawaii stores. Will create and control all vendor payments as well as create and manage the relationship between vendors, stores and the LV Finance corporate partners. In addition, the scope of the role also includes, but is not limited to, the handling of the regional office operational and administrative responsibilities, providing continuous support and assistance to all other regional office functions, and partnering with regional office members in providing support for meetings and store events.


Profile

Purchasing Coordination

>  Develop a full understanding of SAP and become an expert in SAP.
>  Role will support procurement, vendor relationship management and payment process.
>  Requires regular and consistent communication with stores, Regional Vice President, Retail Performance Director, finance department and vendors.
>  Request creation and modification of vendors.
>  Review Store Managers/ Retail Performance Director (RPD) requests for on-demand purchases and emergencies, contact vendors for quotation/ work order/ estimates.
>  Create NIPS PO's on a yearly basis with multiple lines with the advisement of the budget from the RPD.
>  Create PO's on-need.
>  Partner with the RPD to review any issues with PO's or request from stores.
>  Partner with vendors in order to provide information on payments.
>  Work together with the RPD to ensure the stores are within budgets and expenses.
>  Process Goods Receipts as requested by Finance.
>  Review aged PO lists and up-date as needed to ensure that all PO's are current.

Administrative and Office Management

>  Maintain and support RVP with calendar, travel arrangements, expenses and special projects
>  Maintain office calendar (including events such as store openings, management meetings, regional happenings, etc.)
>  Monitor and maintain office facility, inclusive of all cleaning, repair, replacement of damaged fixtures/furniture, ordering office supplies and processing of mail/Fed Ex packages
>  Manage all incoming and outgoing mail (general correspondences, Federal Express, etc.)
>  Maintain communication with office property management to ensure facilities are optimal.
>  Support region on function responsibilities as needed.

>  Strong proficiency in computer systems, reporting and programs
>  Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skill level
