 We are looking for a:

                                                     Regional Retail Manager - Switzerland

 

Mission:

Deploy the retail strategy over the region, to ensure the success of the boutiques network and new boutiques opening and development:

- Implement Retail Guidelines in the region boutique network

- Initialization and follow-up of digital campaigns addressed to end customers

- Responsible of highest quality standard for each region's boutique through regular market visits, mystery shopping, audit with control on procedures, implementation of CRM programs and training of retail staff

- Responsible of brand image in accordance with Hublot standards

- Provide the HQ with feedback to continuously improve Hublot boutique concept

- Provide the HQ with feedback regarding insight from end customers

- Participate in the annual business plan elaboration


Developing Sales:

- Define annual sales target for each boutique, deployment and follow-up on action plans

- Responsible of daily commercial reporting done by each DOS of the region, monthly analysis of retail activity, transmission to HQ and local data GM, business understanding and decision making

- Define and monitor key KPI's in each boutique (including conversion rates, customer database and weekly planner)


Developing Retail Staff:

- Participate to the HR activities such as hiring, assessment and termination

- Train the boutique staff for upgrading the sales quality

- Conducting yearly PCR's with Boutique Managers


Image Building and Development:

- Implement Retail Guidelines in each boutique, responsible for the respect of those

- Deployment in each boutique of the database and ensure customer information are captured and reported

- Together with HQ Retail and local marketing, establish the annual calendar of animations and events- in accordance with local market priorities and HQ guidelines

- Be present at Boutique Events and ensure quality together with local marketing team

- Implement effective CRM programs to boost sales and develop customer relationship

- Ensure all brand identity guidelines are properly followed

- Ensure DOS and franchised boutiques are run the same way and according to the same quality standards


Building and Developing Retail Network:

- Identify the best locations for implementing future boutiques in the region

- Participate in boutique traffic flow design to ensure quality of retail environment

- Follow-up on the boutiques opening and/or renovation projects

- Overview plannings of boutiques and ensuring low overtime

- Stock handling and follow up orders of limited editions and special pieces for VIP clients


Profil

- Education: University Graduate or equivalent

- Languages: German, French, English written and spoken, additional languages an asset
- At least 6 years' experience in luxury products retail and retail operations
- Good command of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Highly organized, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, dynamic, structured
- Good managerial skills and customer oriented
- Hands on mentality - ready to work on the sales floor of boutiques if necessary
- Ready to travel within the boutiques (60%)
