MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE The Retail Support Manager provides varied support to regional offices and stores, contributing to the efficient and optimal day to day operations of the business. This is accomplished through: (a) The timely management of the SAP function (creating all vendor payments and processing invoices), as well as maintaining the relationship between vendors, stores, and the LV finance corporate partners. (b) Managing the regional office's administrative responsibilities.(c) Supporting with regional projects, initiatives, and events. (d) Assisting the Retail Marketing Director (RMD) on operational objectives as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Purchasing Coordination > Role will support procurement, vendor relationship management and payment process.> Requires regular and consistent communication with stores, Country Manager, Retail Marketing Director, finance department and vendors.> Review Store Managers/ RD requests for on-demand purchases and emergencies, contact vendors for quotation/ work order/ estimates.> Work together with the RMD to ensure the stores are within budgets and expenses. Administration and Office Management > Maintain and review store schedules and calendars (including events such as store openings, management meetings, regional initiatives, etc.).> Monitor and maintain office facility, inclusive of all cleaning, repair, replacement of damaged fixtures/furniture, ordering office supplies.> Maintain communication with office/store property management to ensure facilities are optimal.> Partner with Asset Protection and/or office management to set up new regional employees with necessary facility access. Project and Operational Support > Support in the organization and execution of operational projects as requested by RPD, including but not limited to store renovations, store openings, inventory, and BOH initiatives.> Support in the organization and execution of regional projects/initiatives, including but not limited two regional meetings, inductions and other trainings, and regional events. Operations> Ensure policies, run standards & LV procedures are communicated & implemented.> Review and support proper Back of House organization.> Proactively monitor store maintenance.> Support and review fulfillment of cycle and full counts. Retail > Train the Retail staff on policies and standard procedures.> Train the Retail staff on asset protection and risk management topics as needed. > Review store KPI's and develop action plans if needed.> Elaborate Store goals based on financial forecast.> Partner closely with retail learning and regional partners to identify opportunities and propose recommendations to drive performance in stores.> Support Stores during special Sales Days.> Develop 360 communication strategy to present unified vision and objectives of the region.

Work Experience:· 5-7 years of experience in retail, operations, office management, and/or finance/business analysis Job Requirements:· Based in Regional office· Ability to travel within market as needed to support store needs (Travel up to 50% of the time) · Ability to flex schedule to include weekend and evening work as needed to support store needs
