- Provide IT support to all business units.
- Implementation and coordination of Retail Application Project.
- Retail application and helpdesk support with system and end-user troubleshooting.
- iPhone and iPad hardware support and inventory documentation.
- ABM, MDM/AirWatch management and report.
- Prepare technical documentation/manual and end-user training.
- Incidents management and CMDB in ServiceNow.
- Stores and Event IT Support.
- Regional, country/region End-User support.
- Higher Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
- 3-4 years' experience in technical support/customer service.
- Good team player, proactive, responsible, excellent customer service-oriented mindset, outgoing, good interpersonal skill, able to work independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Interested in retail business
- Occasional travel to APAC country/region is required
