Position

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVES

The Regional Senior Marketing Executive will support Fresh's product strategy and execution in Asia Pacific region to grow the total business. He/ she will work with Marketing Manager to develop the product strategy for each product segment, serve as a brand connection between Global product marketing team and markets to provide holistic and strategic marketing direction and execution support to APAC markets through continuous partnership with key stakeholders. He/she will co-ordinate regional product marketing programs to meet unique regional and local needs while upholding Fresh' brand equity and ensuring execution excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Product

  • Support Marketing Manager to define product marketing strategy with the markets and ensure success of Fresh product and franchise performance in APAC through active performance and category management
  • Articulate and coordinate the development of APAC product assortment and innovation strategy for the Region and construct category review to identify need gaps
  • Work with local markets to identify the need for products and franchises specifically developed for APAC markets and provide clear market insight and strategy to global marketing
  • Support local markets in implementation of product launch and program development
  • Oversee and monitor the launch and campaign result including sell thru tracking, mix of business, franchise performance and qualitative feedback from markets

Pricing

  • Support and coordinate with Global on the in-depth strategic pricing review for all APAC markets
  • Ensure adequate new product pricing guideline is set for new launches
  • Ensure the pricing guideline is properly executed in markets

Forecasting

  • Contribute market insight to evaluate regional relevance of innovation/ new launches and work closely with Marketing and Forecasting team to design the appropriate Forecast recommendation for the Region
  • Coordinate with APAC markets on the launch, campaign and promotion forecasting process and ensure the forecast guideline is implemented correctly in markets
  • Follow up with new Launch management on the logistics delay and QA issues that are raised by the markets to ensure solution being implemented

Sampling

  • Lead the planning and development of APAC sampling assortment, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy
  • Own sampling effectiveness analysis to guide future sampling strategies to help build business objective from both traffic driving and GWP upselling aspects

Profile

Required experience / skillset:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in the beauty industry. Luxury retail industry and/ or with regional exposure will be preferred
  • Be well experienced in about product marketing with industry knowledge is a strong plus
  • Prior experience in reviewing forecasts and making educated decisions based upon numerical data
  • Good understanding on pricing and comfortable with the in-depth analysis required to review SRPs
  • Be a self-starter and able to work autonomously, driving momentum on projects & proactively planning future strategic activities
  • Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy imperative
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to present clear recommendations to multiple levels of management
