6.Advocate Sales Playbook usage to sales as of each brand activation's criteria, coverage, KPI, mechanics, etc
7.Ensure the execution of brand activation follows the company's compliance requirements
8.Collect competitor review and offer insights monthly
> Control PG project (East) annual budget and improve PG management efficiency
1.Review PG deployment criteria twice a year and try to improve quality by control PG head account
2.Optimize PTL mapping based on PG deployment once a year
3.Verify East PG head account & project management budget monthly
4.Communicate with Mecool area manager and PTL to supervise project daily operation
5.Leverage Mecool online system to improve daily operation, and give out PTL training on regular base
6.Market visit once a week and give feedback
7.Make sure PG management under company compliance policy and no dispute over legitimization
> Maximize visibility opportunities in region & daily maintenance
1.Leverage merchandising and POSM resource based on city, channel, outlet segmentation
2.Help sales to win merchandising opportunity and maximize visibility in outlets
3.Ensure POSM sufficiency and efficiency usage in outlets in the way of pushing volume
4.Feedback merchandising and POSM maintenance status with the help of local sales team in daily work and after market visit
5.Encourage sales to use Sales Playbook and be acknowledged about merchandising & POSM criteria

- University graduate in Business/Marketing or related disciplines.
- Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin & English.
Professional experience & know how:
- At least 5 years commercial background
- Supervisory and management experience with multinational FMCG companies or in the Advertising industry
- Good understanding of marketing
- Full understanding of POS opportunities, maximizing shelf space and visibility opportunities
