Secure and ensure the regulatory compliance of the LVMH Group's cosmetics brand products as part of the product launches and follow-ups in the ASEAN and Singapore region.



  • Anticipate and communicate any regulations changes in the zone
  • Help and support crisis situations with the central team
  • Ensure compliance of the activities and the organizations through an audit and propose an action plan, including regular trips in the area and twice a year in France



  • Lead the regulatory compliance action plan in the ASEAN zone: coordinate regulatory teams or regulatory relays in each country, identify and define, with the Countries Coordinator, the necessary means (technical, human, financial) to guarantee the regulatory compliance of products
  • Manage incidents and lead corrective actions relating to the Countries Coordinator (Scientific Direction - LVMH Recherche)
  • Interface with local professional associations and alert on the new regulations
  • Study and analyze the need, the situation, in order to draft the specifications for a complete regulatory compliance in the zone, in connection with the LVMH Singapore internal teams and the South East Asian market partners and customers
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in terms of cosmetovigilance relating to the LVMH Research Product Safety Department
  • Contribute to the registration of LVMH group products in the zone with outside interlocutors, follow up on recordings and re-registrations via a common database tool
  • Ensure product labeling compliance for countries in the zone
  • Work with the Countries Coordinator to manage Brands consumer issues in the area, including some travel to France 
  • Report to the Countries Coordinator (scientific direction) the difficulties related to product registrations, claims, product labeling via a monthly activity report, including the implementation and monitoring of the regulatory KPIs for the zone
  • Create Regulatory Documents (Certificate Of Analysis...) expected for importing the products in some ASEAN countries. Suggest and implement optimization to this flow



  • Scientific training or experience in the cosmetics sector of at least 5 years
  • Experienced in a similar position
  • Strategic and organizational analytical mindset
