The Retail Analyst will co-pilot the Brand General Manager and Commercial Managers to drive sales performance and accountabilities. Key focus is to optimize topline, retail operations and profitability performance through dashboard management and insightful analysis enabling decision making of sales planning and strategy, also the prioritization for the retail network

  • Maintain the development and analysis of retail data on a daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual basis to fit the needs of business
  • Assist in day-to-day analytical support for the retail function, building reports and presentation decks
  • Mange weekly scorecards for internal tracking of retail execution and sales performance
  • Develop innovative and ad hoc analysis to support retail strategy and execution initiatives
  • Track and report key metrics to identify risks & opportunities, highlight findings and make recommendations for improvement
  • Support Business Controller for the P&L management, with particular focus on Channel and Boutique P&L including but not limited to the control of BC costs and other selling expenses


  • Produce and compile standard periodical sales analysis reports for management review
  • Provide analytical support on stores performance e.g. Sales KPI and productivity so as to provide insights or findings and recommendation for sales opportunities
  • Assist in creating tracking reports or dashboard to evaluate by store, by category, by franchise performance
  • Collaborate with CRM and marketing team to analyze sales performance thoroughly through customer data and market information
  • Works closely with retail leadership team to review KPI dashboards and agree monthly action plans
  • Support Business Controllers for the P&L management, including month-end closing, outlook reports and P&L for actual and budget



  • Bachelor degree in business administration, finance or equivalent field
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in similar position within an international group
  • Candidate with experience in the FMCG or retail industry will be given priority but not a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in the use of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Able to manage and run complicated excel spreadsheet. Macro VBA knowledge is a plus
