Position

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Provide reports and analysis on retail sales, retail targets and retail productivity.  The position delivers administrative support to the Retail team to ensure efficiency in operation in line with company strategy.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Retail by providing accurate, meaningful, timely analysis and reporting to drive the business
  •  Prepare daily, weekly and monthly retail sales reports for management and Retail Field Team
  • Prepare monthly Store Performance Report and KPI scorecards
  • To manage the process of setting and reviewing retail store sales targets in line with company targets and phasing, review with Retail Director
  •  Arrange send out of Targets to stores in a timely manner
  •  Maintain Retail and Business Development Manager Structure
  •  To identify opportunities to enhance and issues which are negating retail sales
  • Oversee store based incentive programme for Dior Ambassadors, produce analysis of incentives analysing return on investment
  • Develop sell-out tool Qlik to produce analysis for Retail Director and Retail Management Team
  • Adhoc specific analysis: by segments/by brand/by area / by region to prepare appropriate Retail Strategy
  • Manage Monthly Store Web Reporting, meeting monthly KPI
  •  Liaising with Commercial, Marketing and Merchandising teams to maximise retail sell out
  • To work with Business Intelligence to review and translate Orion, Retailer and store Web Reporting Data
  • Proactively provide administration support to Retail management
  • Regular store visits to improve processes and build relationships
  •  To work on cross functional strategic projects as required

 PROJECTS:

  • Improve and develop reporting to produce efficient and accurate reports
  • Assist in preparing retail meeting or presentation analysis
  • Assist Retail Operations Manager with Retail Spend Budget
  • Seek opportunities to improve reporting and develop in line with business needs
