Position
The position is based in our HQ in Rome. The Merchandise and Distribution Planning team is looking for a Demand & Distribution Planner to manage downstream Supply Chain activities for Wholesale and End of Life Business.
Main responsibilities
Wholesale Business
- Monitor the Monthly Wholesale budget, working with Distribution and Logistics team
- Support the Team in managing Customer Priority following Business needs and translate it in the Assignment Tool
- Collaborate with the Central Distribution teams to optimize the stock following business needs
- Coordinate weekly reorder of the requests received by the Customer Service Team
- Support Travel Retail business in collaboration with Merchandising, Distribution and Wholesale Commercial Team
- Analyse orders optimization opportunities between the Retail and Wholesale channel
Sales optimization to reduce the End of Life stock
- Execute weekly sales trend to identify the best sellers and low seller for each single launch, both woman and man
- Identify in advance the product trend by zone to promptly implement actions as reallocations and rebalancing by SKU/Zone
- Execute weekly follow up on reallocation and rebalancing liaising with Central Merchandising and local Supply Chain Teams
Profile
- Degree in Economics
- 1/2 years of previous working experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills, master on Excel
- Attention to details, quality and deadlines
- Enthusiastic about team work
- Fluent in English
