Position

We are currently seeking for a Retail & CRM Analyst, n our corporate office, based in Miami. Mission: The Retail and CRM Analyst assists the Retail Director and the Boutiques in the development of Hublot of America Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy, to maximize clients' engagement and enhance customer experience and loyalty through strategic communication. Key Responsibilities: CRM Database and strategy - Support in the implementation of the Retail CRM program to drive loyalty, consumption and client retention into the Boutiques - Mine client database to elaborate client profiles and behavioral trends - Manage the CRM database - Create customized client segmentation, standard objects, customized reports and dashboards Boutiques Support - Train and follow up with boutique staff on CRM strategy and goals - Develop specific CRM plans with each boutique CRM campaign - Create analytics to develop and launch suitable digital marketing initiatives - Assist client gifting programs and implementation of VIC campaigns and programs - Assist in the organization, planning and production of ad-hoc communications to clients

Profile

- 3 to 5 years of related experience - Bachelor's degree required, major in communication or marketing a plus - Experience building and leveraging a customer database - Experience in Marketing Cloud and Salesforce or similar solutions is strongly desired - Experience in luxury retail industry a plus - Strong project management and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment - Self-starter who can plan and execute own work
