Hublot of America is currently seeking for its new North America Retail Director located in our office in Miami. The Retail Director is responsible for building and implementing the retail strategy over North America market, in collaboration with Hublot HQ retail teams. He/she oversees all North America retail staff and is accountable for the success of the boutiques network and new boutiques opening and development. MISSION: Ensure Sales Targets are achieved - Defining annual sales target and budget for each boutique, deployment and follow-up on action plans - Responsible of daily commercial reporting done by each DOS of the region, monthly analysis of retail activity - Define and monitor key KPI's in each boutique (including conversion rates, customer database and weekly planner) Customer Service & Brand Image Building and Development - Implement Retail Guidelines in each boutique, responsible for the respect of those - Responsible of highest quality standard for each region's boutique through regular market visits, mystery shopping, audits, implementation of CRM programs and training of retail staff - Responsible of brand image in accordance with Hublot standards - Ensure DOS and franchised boutiques are run the same way and according to the same quality standards - Provide HQ with feedback regarding insight from end customers and propose customers programs to implement on NA market Retail Staff Management and Development - Manage network of 8-10 Boutique Directors in US and Canada by leading all HR activities (hiring, assessment, training & development, succession planning ...) - Train the boutique staff to upgrade the sales quality - Support Boutique Directors in retail performance and liaise with HQ on any operational / systems issues CRM & Marketing strategy implementation - Ensure customer information are captured and reported in CRM database and support in development of CRM strategy related to retail activations working closely with Marketing team and CRM specialist - In collaboration with HQ Retail teams and North America marketing team, establish the annual calendar of animations - in accordance with local market priorities and HQ guidelines - Implement effective CRM programs to boost sales and develop customer relationship - Work with Digital Marketing Manager on implementation of digital campaigns addressed to Boutique end customers - Participate to key Boutiques events when needed Building and Developing Retail Network - Provide HQ with feedback to continuously improve Hublot boutique concepts - Identify the best locations to implement future boutiques in the region - Negotiate leases for the retail premises - Supervise and follow-up on the boutiques opening and/or renovation projects


- Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent - Languages: English, fluent in French a plus - At least 10 years' experience in luxury retail and retail operations - Experience of managing a multi-unit retail network required - At least 5 years in management role - Excellent managerial skills in culturally diverse work environment - Strong business acumen and strategic vision - Excellent skills in building relationships and conflict resolution - Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suit - Word, Excel and Powerpoint - Highly organized, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, dynamic and creative - Know how to communicate and transmit the vision of the main goals - Excellence of customer service
