The position

It´s an exciting time to join LOEWE as we go through a period of rapid growth and transformation. Reporting to the Retail Excellence Operations Manager, you will play a key role in helping execute the rollout of a roadmap of global initiatives all aimed at making the operations and performance of our store network more efficient and consistent, respectively.

You will be based in our Global HQ in Madrid and you will work on a diverse range of projects which span from collaborations with our Marketing team to working closely with IT and Logistics. The role has a wide remit that will cover all retail topics and has a view on long-term change that will affect our global retail network. You will contribute to projects that drive profitability and improve efficiencies in our stores.

This role is perfect for anyone who is interested in developing a deep knowledge of retail and is excited by project management.

Your role & responsibilities:

Execution of current roadmap:

  • General project management:
    • Support with end to end delivery of retail operational improvements as detailed in the Retail Operations roadmap. This includes the meeting schedules, action tracking, feedback and results
    • Support regular updates & key project communications to regions and key stakeholders and the development of store material to educate the store network on any developments
    • Create presentations recapping projects and progress
  • Specific projects include:
    • Partner with the Retail Training team to ensure the right training materials for all projects/process and help build out a retail operations induction
    • Contribute to the roll out of a new retail intranet and regularly and actively post relevant information and best practices for the retail network
    • Build out a feedback loop with the retail network to feed insights from the stores back into the business
    • Help build out retail reporting and defining retail KPIs
    • Contribute to plan and execute the retail conventions and events
    • Support development of new store handbook

Business analysis - contributing to the development of a new roadmap:

  • Analyse in store processes, usage of tools and systems - help create insights that solve business problems for the stores
  • Help investigate and resolve operational and execution issues within our retail network - propose solutions (ideas, concepts and tools) to address inefficiencies and/ or enhance processes. Continuously evaluate business processes to see how we can evolve
  • Identify trends and make suggestions to improve and enhance retail performance to deliver sales and service goals
  • Responsible for driving analysis on status quo processes and on new solutions and innovations to help make the business case for proposed solutions
  • Work collaboratively with regional Operations to identify actions to be taken, to gather and share best practices

Retail Innovation:

  • Gather information from markets and industry research about the innovation landscape in regards to store operations, mystery shopping and other retail activities


Experience and skills required:

  • 4 years' work experience in a strategy / business process management consulting environment or in a business analyst role
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Strong project management skills - ability to manage time and balance multiple requests and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of execution

  • Proven analytical abilities - excited by data
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - structured, clear and concise communications

  • Fluent written and spoken language skills in English and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
  • Spanish language skills is a plus
