The Retail Learning Manager will ensure the full execution of the LVA Retail Learning strategy for the Chicago metro. This busy and diverse role will work collaboratively with our store teams and cross-functional partners, monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of all training provided. They will plan, implement and manage a structured training and development program for the respective region, which meets the needs of the business and team development. Through follow up and coaching, the Retail Learning Manager will ensure Store and Team Managers leadership skills are developed by means of their competencies and store associates are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain service excellence through an elevated customer experience and enhanced brand sophistication.
To be successful in this role you must possess extensive training creation, implementation and facilitation expertise within the retail landscape, ideally within a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business. With the ability to thrive in an autonomous and proactive environment, you will have a results driven approach to all areas of your role and take the initiative to identify and act on opportunities to improve and drive the training strategy for the business.
It is essential that you have a strong background in coaching employees at all levels and be skilled in providing effective and constructive feedback to drive behavioral change where needed. Experience leading multi-site teams within a high profile luxury retail brand is strongly preferred.
