The Retail Management Trainee Program is an accelerated learning journey designed for young talents to develop their retail, team & business management skills through on-the-job opportunities, enriching assignments, valuable mentoring as well as engagement with the Leadership team.
What does it entail:
The 24-month program will allow the Management Trainees to have an in-depth understanding of retail basics, build client & team relationships and business management skills through challenging store projects. The Management Trainees will also gain the insightful exposure through collaboration with various departments during the office attachment.
At the end of the program, the Management Trainee will have built an extensive & solid foundation in Retail to assume the retail management role.
