The Retail Management Trainee (RMT) Programme is designed to offer fresh graduates the opportunity to accelerate his/her career with Louis Vuitton as a future leader in retail. The programme will see these young talents develop their business management skills through on-the-job opportunities, enriching assignments, valuable mentoring as well as engagement with the leadership team.
The 24-month programme will allow the RMT to have an in-depth understanding of retail basics, build client & team relationships and business management skills. The Management Trainees will also gain a holistic exposure through collaboration with various departments during the office attachment.
At the end of the programme, the RMT will have built an extensive & solid foundation in retail to assume the retail management role.
