To strengthen our commercial team in Switzerland are looking for a talented:
Retail Marketing Manger (M/F)
Reporting directly to the Retail Director, your main duties will include:
-Definition and management of the Trade Marketing Plan & Calendar for all commercial activities with a focus on FSS, FR and Outlets. Ensure the omnichannel approach of the Calendar and Plan, by close collaboration with Ecommerce and CRM teams. Define Corporate vs Tactical campaigns strategy, business objectives & budget
-Work hand in hand with Brand Marketing Directors to ensure retail needs and requirements are planned in the prerequisites of each campaigns and fit delivery dates requirements.
-Daily collaboration with affiliates countries in order to deliver on a permanent base ultimate service and business oriented tools. Monitor impact of campaigns in Retail environment and build ongoing improvement.
-Coordinate the construction of the Trade Marketing toolbox according to key product launches and key business timings (windows, retail campaigns, omnichannel strategy, events, in store activations, selling speech,... ).
-Define the overall store window strategy : business objectives, store clusterization, flagship strategy and overall budget allocation
-Manage and follow up in-store events strategy by providing clear guidelines, ROI expectancies and results, and best practice sharing
-Build Trade Marketing store opening guideline including planning, budget, CRM tools, VIP events and in store activations
-Maintain and develop clear GWP strategy from offers to guidelines of activations. Keep on raising the standard.
-Maintain and respect central Trade Marketing budget. Ensure to transmit clear guidelines of local Trade Marketing budgets upon each budget or Review timing
-Manage packaging development
-5-8 years minimum in an Retail Operational Marketing leading position. Experience in an affiliate country and Asian markets would be a plus
-Good knowledge of premium or luxury segment
-Customer and retail oriented mindset.
-Very organized, very good communicator, team player, energetic and business oriented
-Strong empathy and ability to understand and create bonds within different cultural environment
-French and English mandatory, additional language would be a plus
-Ability to travel around 25%
Based in Nyon, regular presence to La Chaux de Fonds will be necessary
