POSITION: RETAIL & OPERATIONS ANALYST
REPORTS TO: COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
DIRECT REPORTS: NONE
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To support and drive the Retail sales of all doors, with focus on productivity and profitability.
Provide reports and analysis on retail sales, retail targets and retail productivity.
The position delivers analytical support to ensure efficiency in operation in line with company strategy.
> Support Retail by providing accurate, meaningful and timely reporting and analysis to drive the business
> Prepare daily, weekly and monthly retail sales reports, for HO and Retail Field Team
> Prepare monthly Store Performance Report and KPI reporting, in line with Italy HQ requirements
> Oversee BC incentive programme, produce analysis of incentives
> Manage Monthly Store Web Reporting, including commission
> In all of these reporting and analysis elements, to utilise Power BI, be the user of excellence
> Retail targets to be determined with reporting by store and by BC
- With responsibility of any relevant paperwork required by the store team.
> Be the liaison between HO and Area Managers, as a support and information driver
> To identify opportunities to enhance sales, and address any issues which are detrimental
> Manage the Temporary Staffing Budget, identifying best opportunities for the spend
> Adhoc specific analysis: by segments/by brand/by area / by region to prepare
> Proactively provide administration support to Retail management
> To work on cross functional strategic projects as required
> Improve and develop reporting to produce efficient and accurate reports
> Assist in preparing retail meeting or presentation analysis
> Seek opportunities to improve reporting and develop in line with business needs

Service External: Retailers, Third party agencies and suppliers

> Experience in the luxury environment would be a distinct advantage but not essential
> Driven & Ambitious to learn and develop.
> A natural affiliation with a fast paced environment.
This is a full time, permanent position.
